As a Project Manager in our organization, you play a key role in delivering connectivity solutions to international clients, primarily in the U.S. and Asia. You are responsible for overseeing the entire project management process, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across multiple stakeholders.

Horizon Telecom is part of Momentum Telecom. For this role you will be working with customers through Momentum Telecom, but doing so from the Netherlands with Horizon Telecom. Why in the Netherlands? Because it is a different time zone and it enables us to better help our customers in different time zones. We want you to be part of our culture and team, so you will be working partially at the Horizon Telecom offices and partially from home if you like.

Your Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: You work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to align expectations, provide timely updates, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Expectation & Delivery Management: You ensure realistic project timelines and explore alternative solutions when challenges arise. If delays occur, you communicate the impact clearly and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
- Project Coordination & Oversight: You track project progress, maintain administrative records of agreements and hours, and keep all stakeholders—support teams, engineers, and consultants—fully informed.
- Supplier Management & Procurement: You actively chase suppliers to ensure timely delivery and take ownership of procurement processes when necessary. You understand the complexities of connectivity implementation, ensuring that documentation and procedures are properly managed.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: You think ahead, anticipate challenges, and take the necessary steps to keep projects moving forward—not just reacting to issues, but actively preventing them.
- Flexibility: Some flexibility with work hours due to time zones is required sometimes.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within telecom connectivity (not voice).
- Strong knowledge of connectivity solutions and international service delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to manage expectations, oversee deliveries, and actively chase suppliers.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- A proactive approach—thinking beyond just the project scope to anticipate business needs.
- A true team player who takes ownership of delivering results.
- Fluent English is a must—you’ll be working with international clients, particularly in the U.S. and Asia.
- Fluent Dutch is a must as well because you will work in Ede with Dutch colleagues.
