The Job

We are looking for a support professional who intrinsically cares about a satisfied customer and takes pleasure in the good relationships that develop by providing good support. Communication is key, our customers want to speak to someone they know and who knows them and their services, plus who can make their questions or issues a joint one to solve.

You will have the opportunity to make improvements and have the freedom to go that extra mile where you think it helps our customers and be appreciated for it.

You have knowledge and experience within the Telecom world and know how to work together with our suppliers and colleagues as well. You understand how to troubleshoot network and telephony connections.

You will be working in a competitive environment with a huge responsibility which requires flexibility and perseverance. For sure, it will never be boring.


  • Helping our customers with their questions and issues
  • Logging and updating these questions and issues internally and towards our suppliers
  • Maintaining contact with our suppliers and other stakeholders during and if necessary after any issue.
  • Discuss improvements that help our customers
  • Communicate outages and maintenances
  • Work together closely with the Project Managers and Network Engineers
  • Come up with possible alternative solutions to customer wishes
  • Align with other teams within Horizon Telecom;

What experience do you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of experience in the Telecom branch;
  • You are analytical, a critical thinker, and love helping our customers because you understand the importance of their questions and issues;
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills that you use to collaborate across a wide variety of partners and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in English language, spoken and written is must;
  • Dutch language, spoken and written is must; if you don’t speak Dutch we cannot include you in the process for this vacancy.

  • Work cooperatively to achieve shared goals, act in interest of our customers;
